Papa Doble Singapore
Every experience is a story
Ernest Hemingway was affectionately known as "Papa" in Cuba. When one day he wandered into La Floridita Bar, Havana, Cuba, to use the toilet, he chanced upon a daiquiri created by Constantino Ribalaigua. He is quoted as saying, "that's good, but I prefer it without sugar and with double rum" - so the 'Papa Doble' was born.
Papa Doble Singapore's name takes after this great author and honours Hemingway by taking inspiration from his novels, history, love for bullfighting and folklore.
